How to make

1. Preheat oven to 175C and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Set it aside.
2. Combine butter and brown sugar in a mixing bowl and mix till creamy.
3. Add eggs and vanilla extract into batter and mix till completely combined.
4. In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, M.Y. San Graham Cracker crumbs, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
5. With mixer on medium-low speed, gradually add dry ingredients to butter mixture just until completely combined.
6. Add mini marshmallows, chocolate chips, and use a spatula to stir until ingredients are well incorporated.
7. Scoop 30 g of cookie dough and shape it into a ball and place it on parchment lined baking sheet with spacing of at least 2 inches.
8. Tuck the marshmallow pieces in the center of the dough and bake for 10 to 12 minutes.
9. Within 1 minute of the cookies being removed from the oven, sprinkle crumbled M.Y. San Graham Crackers.
10. Allow cookies to cool completely on baking sheet before enjoying.
